Our modern powder coating pretreatment system is free from dangerous hexavalent chromium, and is Qualicoat and GSB approved. The trivalent conversion is ROHS compliant, pH-stable, non-toxic and non-hazardous; making it safe for all users.

We use an industry leading 5-stage pretreatment process which ensures optimal cleaning and excellent powder adhesion, reducing wastage. Powder coated products are highly resistant to environmental corrosion, lengthening the lifespan of the products and contributing to sustainability targets.

Durable and Superior Finish

We use top-quality powders from Dulux and Interpon and combine them with our trivalent pretreatment system to ensure a superior surface finish on each and every product. Powder coating produces a hard-wearing surface that is more durable than alternative wet-paint systems.
